The knowledge base uses sibling folders under content/—for example Reference (how-tos, onboarding) and McHenry Lab Protocols (operational SOPs). Nest topic folders inside each area as needed.
You can edit in VS Code, Cursor, on GitHub, or Obsidian—whatever fits your workflow.
Use [[wiki-style links]] between pages; Quartz resolves them on the published site. Link important entry points from content/index.md so they appear in the home table of contents. For images and PDFs, see the published guide howto-images-and-pdfs (content/howto-images-and-pdfs.md).
